Delivery of goods
- The Purchaser shall, within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery of the goods to the Purchaser advise SLV in writing of all short delivery of goods, failing which no claim for any shortages shall be accepted by SLV.
- The Purchaser shall within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery of the goods advise SLV of any discrepancies between the product ordered and the product supplied. No claims for such discrepancies will be accepted outside of this time period.
- The Purchaser shall check the goods supplied within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery. In the event of any issues being identified relating to the quality of the goods supplied, the Purchaser shall notify SLV in writing within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery.
- SLV shall use every endeavour to despatch goods promptly and within the estimated delivery dates indicated by SLV, but SLV shall not in any circumstances be liable for loss or damage caused by non-delivery or late delivery of goods.
- The Purchaser agrees that the signature of any employee or agent of the Purchaser on SLV’s official delivery note, invoice, waybill or the delivery note of any authorised independent carrier will constitute proof of delivery of goods purchased.
Returns policy
At SLV Home we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Returns Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 15 days of the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All accessories, tags, and labels must be intact and attached.
- Products that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Returns Process:
- Contact our customer service team at 011 444 6722 or info@stleger.co.za to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack the product securely, including all original packaging, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund or Exchange:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 21 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement product will be shipped to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product received is defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, if the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the standard returns process.

Additional Notes
Dye-lot variations occur in all fabrics and are unavoidable. The Purchaser must examine the product, taking into consideration its generally intended purpose and normal use, before accepting delivery thereof. Subtle textures, slubs, colour and weaving irregularities associated with natural fibres are not considered to be defects;
SLV will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the purchaser as a result of the product being incorrectly cleaned or handled;
SLV will not accept claims if fabric has been chemically treated after purchase;
SLV will not accept responsibility for fabrics fading or disintegrating as a result of exposure to harsh sunlight. Fading and disintegration as a result of exposure to sunlight will be accepted as fair wear and tear in line with its normal intended use;
SLV shall not be responsible for consequential loss or damages as a result of a defective or hazardous product.
